Pure Value Capital was founded by PROF. DR. Steven De Klerck and Christophe De Wit. Below the four board members of Pure Value Capital Partners are introduced.

Steven De Klerck
Founder & Chief Investment Officer

Steven De Klerck (1980) holds a Master in Business Engineering (VUB) and an Advanced Master of Science in Statistics (KUL). He obtained a PhD in Applied Economic Sciences (UA) with regard to value investing and fundamental analysis. Currently, Steven also acts as Assistant Professor Corporate Finance at the KU Leuven and as Lecturer Corporate Finance at Arteveldehogeschool. Connect with LinkedIn.

Christophe De Wit
Founder & Chairman

Christophe De Wit (1964) has done a Master in Commercial Sciences (Ichec-Cergeco). Since 2007, he is Director at Saffelberg Investments. Formerly, he has been Managing Director at Arinso Belgium and Executive Vice President Business Development & Strategic Alliances at NorthgateArinso respectively. Until 1996, Christophe was Director of Sales & Marketing at Dell Belgium. He also set up the Belgian Dell department. Connect with LinkedIn.

Marleen Vercammen
Board member

Marleen Vercammen (1964) holds a Master in Applied Economic Sciences (UFSIA). For 15 years, she has been auditor at KPMG, where she became a partner in 1998. From 2000 through 2007, Marleen was CFO at Arinso. Since 2007, Marleen is Director-CFO at Saffelberg Investments.

Chris Van den Ameele
Board member

After a long career with ABN AMRO BANK Chris left as Global Head of Advisory at head office in Amsterdam to start a family office in Luxembourg. Since 2011 he worked for various family offices and asset managers as CIO/CEO. With more than 30 years in the investment business, Chris enjoys a large international network in the finance sector.

The Swiss bank UBS in Luxemburg acts as custodian. The fund’s administration is done by the Trustmoore Luxembourg. The annual audit of the fund is carried out by Grant Thornton Audit. Pure Value Capital is legally advised by the Luxemburg lawyer’s office Kaufhold & Reveillaud.
